Each coke oven car in the traditional coking production process are independent operation. The coke oven machine is depend on the form of interphone, artificial propaganda to coordinate work. Not only work efficiency is low and unreliable, but it also was prone to error action and affect production safety. Hence, to establish a stable industrial wireless network that each car and the central control room coke oven in the productive process can realize effectively, reliable high-speed communication is a crucial problem to solve.This topic is mainly researching and planning the wireless network of coke oven machinery production scene. First make clear the system process of the design, according to the step of covering planning, frequency planning, interference shielding to solve the key problems in turn.Through compare the advantages and disadvantages of several existing wireless communication way, choosing Data Radio Station as wireless communication. In the covering planning, to selecte the wireless Ethernet coverage model, and combined with wireless Ethernet network Link Budget method, calculating the coverage area of a single wireless access, and combined with the Data Radio Station’s polling capacity estimation, finally decided to the installation position and number of wireless access.To analyze Data Radio Station’s frequency band, and come up with a frequency planning program witch is appropriate for coke oven industrial field, which solve the problem with co-channel interference basically. Through the way of calculating the CIR (carrier-to-interference ratio) to further study adjacent channel interference that still exist in the program.Based on the scene satellite map, design the visualization of the adjacent channel interference scene analysis software. Considering the analysis results of adjacent channel interference and the results of covering planning, by repeated adjusting site equipment parameters, the installation position of wireless access and so on, to eventually got the overall design scheme of coke oven wireless Ethernet network.
