Rapid fire Gating gun as short-range anti-missile weapon has a number of irreplaceableadvantages. Rotary tube type automata simulation test system can be used in the simulation ofthe movement situation, accurately simulate different RF requirements, test different RFGatling type automatic movement parameters and dynamic characteristic, which is basised forreliability analysis and structural optimization design. The traditional control device of highcost has the advantages of simple control method, precision is hard to guarantee, and thestability is not high, high failure rate, low reliability. In Gatling type automata simulation testsystem, in order to better control in the process of test equipment precise operation, accordingto the Gatling automata simulation test system the actual demand, the author begins toresearch and design of control system of Gatling automata simulation test system.Based on the AC servo-system, combined with a typical computer control system, theauthor designs a set of Gatling automata simulation test system control device. In this paper,the research work as follows:(1) Analysis the background and significance of the thesis, design and build the overallframework of the control system.(2) Constructed a Gatling simulation test control system of the overall structure,description of each module in detail, get the distribution part of the control systemdesigned on this basis.(3) The hardware circuit on the AC servo system was designed in detail: First, introducedin the hardware circuit of the main chip function and use of detailed; Second, sub-moduledetailed description of each module of the hardware circuit and the concrete realization of theprocess; Finally, description of the system in the whole circuit for improving the system stability and anti-interference ability of the necessary means and effective measures isdetailed.(4) The control system software was developed: First, introduced in softwareprogramming and implementation process used by the software and its related elaboration;Second, the system total structure of software in detail and the commonly used softwaremodule gives detailed flow chart and its realization process; Finally introduced the systemdevelopment of the interface..(5) The late debugging is conducted on the basis of the control mechanism of soft,hardware coordination work, finally realized the simulation test system requirements.
