The composition and principles of the digital measuring system was investigated on the basis of digital oil measuring method. Fly attitude-oil quality - measuring height data tables were generated by using UG 3D modeling software calculation of oil quantity characteristics. Then the oil surface angle under different fly attitude and overload was calculated through coordinate transformation and resultant acceleration method.In order to reduce false alarm of the indicating oil, a method of determine whether the aircraft quasi-static is proposed, the aircraft in a non-quasi-static input data to be removed. Study how to assess the oil tank is low oil level, low oil quantity, fuel leak and oil leak situation.The free surface movement of lubricating oil tank under different overload was simulated through CFD numerical methods VOF multiphase flow model. The results showed that: the tilt and the fluctuation of the oil surface related to the acceleration. The greater the acceleration the more inclined the oil surface, the more obvious fluctuations, when the acceleration to a certain extent, oil surface has been completely out of the plane, the use of digital measurement method would be meaningless. However, in the case of small acceleration, oil surface is approximately flat, which can be better met with digital measurement method. The VOF model method is a complement to digital measurement, which can track the phase interface of continuum, analyze the movement of oil qualitatively.
