There are a lot of coordinate relations of the shapes between parts and components during the aircraft assembling processes. It should be ensure the accuracy requirements of both aerodynamic shape and coordination of parts and components. Such as, when detecting inosculation between ailerons to airfoil, most of the coordination method using analog, but it is not only low efficiency of the detection but also less reliable. This thesis proposed a technique using phase measuring profilometry to achieve inosculation between ailerons to airfoil detection. The measurement technique has the advantages, such as non-contact, high accuracy and high speed etc, meanwhile there is wide application prospect in the field of measurement of parts and components shape of the aircraft.This thesis includes aspects below:1. It constructed the detection system based on phase measuring profilometry according to the accuracy testing requirements of coordination of aircraft shapes, measuring data of ailerons and airfoil shapes by using it, the results of measurements were assessed on the basis of relevant methods and indicators, thereby finished the detection of inosculation between ailerons to airfoil successfully.2. Basic principles of phase measuring profilometry were researched, and a variety of time-domain phase unwrapping method compares the advantages and disadvantages, and uses the Gray code and phase-shift coding which combines the technology, thus the phase unwrapping value of surface was obtained.3. The phase measuring profilometry system was simulated by MATLAB. Measured the object by simulation of experimental measurements, the accuracy of shape reconstruction was controlled within±0.02mm.4. The calibration method of phase measuring profilometry system was analyzed, based on the experimental conditions to use the free perspective camera calibration method which without using expensive high-precision calibration of the phase displacement platform - a high degree of relationship, thus saving construction costs of the calibration system. 5. The system based on phase measuring profilometry was developed, which includes phase measuring profilometry, integrated camera calibration, image grating formation and phase unwrapping calculation functions. The result shows that the system could used in the range of matching detection between ailerons to airfoil.
