With the improvement of living standards, the demand of sanitary hot water andthe energy consumption is increasing faster and faster. The current production ofsanitary hot water is still in a situation of high energy consumption and irrationalenergy-using, so a new technology with economy energy and protect environmentshould be used to replace the traditional mode of sanitary hot water production whichuses fossil fuels and electric energy to produce sanitary hot water in central hot watersupply system. The heat pump technology is a popular technology with economy energyand protect environment and is the inevitable choice to central hot water supply systemin low carbon era. In this paper, the system performance of ground-coupled heat pump(GCHP) sanitary hot water supply system and the cost of sanitary hot water are ondetailed analysis and research.Taking prayer commercial residential area in Chong Qing as the research object,this paper analyses the composition of GCHP sanitary hot water supply system, studyon the different forms of each subsystem, and concludes the optimization systemstructure that applies to residence community. Sanitary hot water use features areanalyzed, which mainly include the water quota, water temperature, water quality,water consumption fluctuation in a day and the external influence factors.The heat transfer condition of ground heat exchanger (GHE) is simulated andanalyzed by fluent soft ware. Annual sanitary hot water load of the residentialarchitecture and Annual air conditioning load of the commercial and related building inresidence community are analyzed and compared, so as to study that if the heat recoverycalories meet the requirements. With typical air conditioning load in summer andheating load in winter as input conditions, mathematical physical model of GHE isestablished to analyze the soil temperature changes and the water temperature changesin and out of GCHP units with sanitary hot water supply.Experiment test is conducted on the factual running situation of the GCHP sanitaryhot water supply system. In the case of the low occupancy rate in the residentialbuilding, performance and energy consumption of GCHP sanitary hot water supplysystem are tested and analyzed. The actual operation’s problems of GCHP sanitary hotwater supply system are analyzed and relevant optimization solutions are provided.Finally, using heat economics principle, sanitary hot water cost structure and major influential factors in GSHP sanitary hot water supply system are analyzed. The sanitaryhot water cost model is established, by which operational cost and comprehensive costof sanitary hot water is concluded. This paper introduces several kinds of typical sanitaryhot water supply system,such as air source heat pump sanitary hot water systemã€gasboiler sanitary hot water systemã€electric boiler sanitary hot water system and GCHPsanitary hot water system. With the comprehensive cost of each cubic meter sanitary hotwater as evaluation standard, technical and economic analysis is given about theseschemes,and the sanitary hot water cost of which are obtained as a reference forpractical engineering application. |
