With the deepening of the power system, power generation companies competitionis increasingly fierce, and effectively reduce the cost of power generation, to improvethe safe operation of the coefficient of the generating units and to improve economicefficiency has become the main objectives pursued by the power generation companies.further more,vigorously carrying out the energy saving is to reduce the powerconsumption rate of power plant auxiliary unit, reducing the supply coal consumption,the main way to reduce the cost of electricity.Induced draft fan is thermal power plant the production of auxiliary equipment itsvarieties power consumption. therefore to study induced draft fan in different operatingconditions the economy has far-reaching practical significance.As the core high-voltage inverter frequency control system for its excellentperformance, high efficiency, wide range of applications and significant energy savingeffect of energy-saving aspects of a wide of applications. In this paper,Chongqingthermal power plant flue gas system to lead the fans in the conventional control modehigh power consumption and low efficiency, to carry out its frequency transformation ofresearch. The thesis is completed the following work:First, the paper on the common types of high-voltage inverter current internationalpopular analysis and comparison of different circuit structure in the high-voltageinverter reliability, advantages and disadvantages, the scope of application are discussedand The selection of high-voltage inverter.It described the working principle of theinduced draft fan and a detailed analysis of the induced draft fan to the use of invertertechnology, energy-saving space. Combination of induced draft fan working principleand characteristics, expounded the theory of energy-saving mechanism of the frequencycontrol technology.Second,combining the status of the process,it closely cited the operatingcharacteristics of the fan and motor when the frequency control on the principle offrequency control were analyzed.It describes the structure and the principle of thecontrol system, analyzed several types of high voltage inverter, the pros and cons ofvarious types.Third, according to the working characteristics of the induced draft fan system todevelop frequency transformation of the induced draft fan system,through the analysis of the conventional fan energy saving system the PI/PID control defects, andultimately determine the fuzzy PID control method to achieve the Chongqing thermalpower plantenergy-saving control of the induced draft fan and flue gas system.Fourth,it achieve the induced draft fan energy-saving control system hardware andsoftware design, including the inverter, PLC selection, the control circuit to achieve andfuzzy PID controller and software flow chart.Finally, it achieved the installation and commissioning of the induced draft fanChongqing thermal power plant flue gas system, energy-saving control system as wellas experimental results. The results show that substantially reduce system powerconsumption, the entire control system functions properly, and meet the demands of theproduction process, which verifies the correctness of the design.
