| With the widespread using of the elevator in recent years,the requirement made bypeople for rapidity,comfort and safety operation to elevator is growing.The reluctancemotor(SRM) is the product of the combination of motor technology, modern electronictechnology and computer control technology. It has many fine features, such as simpleand rugged structure, low cost, good fault tolerance, and high output torque at lowspeed,these advantages make switched reluctance motors become a new choice forelevator motors. In this paper torque ripple suppression is researched from the twoaspects of desin and control, as the basis for torque control, accurate flux and torquemodel is isessential, so the flux and torque models for SRM are proposed too.This paper firstly introduces the basic structure and working principle of SRMbriefly; Secondly, in the purpose of torque ripple suppression the motor, the structureparameters optimization design are researched; Thirdly using SRM model establishedby FEM, static characteristics are analyzed, and the flux model based on sevenpolynomial is established, at the same time the corresponding torque model is solved;Finally the flux and torque model is applied to direct torque control method, dynamicsimulation model is worked,and simulation analysis is carried out.The result shows that SRM’s structural parameters, such as pole arc, pole height,air gap and etc. have certain influence on torque ripple, the reasonable value caneffectively suppress the torque ripple; The modeling method based on seven polynomialis a fast and fine method; The flux and torque model can be applied to different controlmethods, including direct torque control, and torque ripple minimization is effective. |
