The Research Of High Altitude Training Base

In the past10years, driven by the major sporting events and the national fitness,numbers of outstanding high altitude training base are built across the country.However, the development of high altitude training base in China still exists manyproblems, the blindfold construction caused environmental damage, large scale causedenergy over-consumption and the difficult of industrial development after training time,had become the most serious problems in China’s current development of high altitudetraining base. There are many reasons for these problems, mainly due to the designer’spersonnel a quick profit idea and the lack of rational approach to development. Underthis situation, this thesis analyzed and summed up the problems and experience of highaltitude training base in the development process, combined with the characteristics ofthe high altitude training base to explore the new trends. Based on the existing instanceand the theories, discussed the creation of Ningshan high altitude training base undernew development trend and proposed optimization strategies. The aim and significanceis to provide reference for the future development of high altitude training base andprovide the appropriate inspiration for the related research.The second chapter discusses the concepts and types of high altitude training baseand the difference between high altitude training base and the general training base.Chapter III summed up the development characteristic of high altitude training base inChina for nearly10years and the two factors that promote its development. Then usedexamples to sum up the problems of high altitude training base in China. In end of thechapter, analysis the reasons for these problems. The next chapter discussed the newtrends of high altitude training base. Chapter V used Ningshan high altitude training base as an example, from the aspects of construction site, the collectivity design,functional design, appearance design, training space design and eco-design tothoroughly and deeply research and in the sixth chapter of this article presents theoptimal design strategy of China’s high altitude training base under the newdevelopment trend.
