| DC-DC converter is the most important part of switching power supply, when designed aDC-DC converter traditionly,it is necessary to consider kinds of formulas and analysis therelationship exactly. The range of parameters is also limited.It is a very tedious work to fix eachparameter of the circuit by making repeated calculation. With the development of powertechnology and the growing popularity of computer applications,It has become a tendency todesign the circut by using computer,which can improve design efficiency obviously.This article introduce the tool for design used Microsoft Excel for the DC-DC converter andthe tool for simulation used Pspice. The paper presents the method to make the design simple,fastand low operating environment,which can easily display at any time on the client.Firstly,it wasanalysised the design principles of some mainstream circuit design tools and focused on theMOSFET,switching diodes,and non-linear capacitors,non-linear magnetic componentsmodeling,which include the loss estimation model and simulation model.Secondly,TakeBuck,Flyback and Forward convert for example, develop a aided design tool and a simulationtool.Lastly,Bulid Flyback and Forward prototype for the experiment,the results show that thecircuit-aided design tool and simulation tool is practical and reliable. |
