As the kernel part in the design of absorber system for landing gear, the performance of itsdesign influences the performance of the entire taking-off device and landing gear directly. Nowadays,the modern airplane design and manufacture develop more and more fast, it is required to design anabsorber with fine quality more rapid and efficiently. In this paper, the design flow of initial plandesign for the landing gear is analyzed, and the preliminary scheme design method and the processsteps are summed up. A set of rapid design system is developed to aid the designers in their work.(1)The method of the entire allocation design of the landing gear is studied in this paper,including the choose of the layout type, the aircraft wheel and tire type, and the design of the erectposition. Based on the research, a landing gear entire allocation design software system is develop. Byanalyzing and combination with the features and methods of the modern rapid design technology, theassociated knowledgebase for the system is built, to aid the rapid design.(2)The parameters for the preliminary design of absorber system, and the method calculatingthe filling parameters for absorber are studied. Through analyzing the motion equations of the landinggear when landing, the classical two-mass dynamic model are used, differential equations are built,and the equations are solved with Runge-Kutta method. All the methods and process are integratedinto the programs to develop a rapid design software for the absorber system. Shorten period of thedesign.(3)At last, the landing gear design of airliner C919basic pattern is taken as the target, using therapid design system developed analyze and designing the absorber system for this airliner, and docontrastive analysis of the performance analysis result with that gained by ADAMS, which shows: theseveral main parameter indexes (such as shock-isolation efficiency overload, maximum prop-forceand etc.) are very close, and proves the efficiency and applicability of the developed design system,and the software has fine meanings and engineering value.
