With the rapid development of economic, power consumption increase fiercely as well. Inparticularly, it’s serious during summer that is the peak time of using air-conditioning. Thus,power divisions have to often take the limiting power measures to make power used by keyusers. However, it is no doubt that the normal production of some industrial users and theresidents living are affected. Therefore, it is urgent for us to search for solving ways. Atpresent, the storing energy technology is commonly used to control power load. In otherwords, it balances power load difference between peak and valley time. Meanwhile, it alsocan achieve to recycle waste heat and use storage solar energy.The storing energy technology can solve great different power load between peak andvalley time, but there are still many problems, such as: large size container of storing sensibleheat、unstable nature material of storing latent heat、low thermal-conductivity of phase changematerials and so on.Ice-on-coil thermal storage device storing ice in a time, thermal resistance of ice layer islarge little by little. The matter cooling storage rate greatly reduces turn up. So we are lookingforward to finding out the materials of high thermal-conductivity. Those added to the verticaltube surface are used for strengthening heat transfer of the process of ice storage. The primarycoverage of this essay research on the effect of heat transfer enhancement of cut waste silk,which is decorated the vertical copper tube surface via a more convenient reasonable way.In this essay, the process of heat transfer enhancement is discussed with two methods:numerical simulation and experimental research. The mathematical and physical modelestablished under porous media theory. Numerical calculation commercial software is used tosimulate the process and make results visualization. After that, test-bed is reasonably set up.The appropriate experiment schemes should be designed for experiment. For instance, changerefrigerant entrance temperature, add the density of metal wire,or displace material of metalwire, whether the effect of the ice storage will be enhanced. At last, the hourly temperatureprofile of added metal wire tube is compared with bare tube, and their differences andsimilarities should be drown. The paper emphasizes the changing of water density in the process of ice storage. Thechange is resulted in variations temperature. In addition, the corresponding user-definedfunction provided by numerical calculation software is adopted to write the regular variationsof density into a program so that it can be identified by software. Then, transmits the programto software, and thus it can reflect a comparatively faithful the flow and heat transfer problemof water in ice storage system.Finally, this text compares the enhancing effect of ice storage with porous medium indifferent porosity,we propose the porosity with better enhancing effect at ice quantity,temperature cloud chart, point-to-point contrast and so on.
