With the quick development of power electronics and the increasing requirementsof the controlability of electrical equipment,inverter technology is becoming more andmore important,requiring higher and higher quality power. Control is the core ofinverter,so the design of control system plays an important role in the quality of outputvoltage from the inverter.The research was designed to probe into the visualization algorithms of the voltageinverter control system design, using data visualization algorithm to tune the parametersof PI controller,and also two control strategies was analyzed, of which one was,in theoutput filter inductor(and the inverse variable inductor connected to the bridge) theinstantaneous current was inner loop, the output load voltage was outer loopcontrol,while the other one was the control method that pull in positive feedback ofthe output filter capacitor voltage and output load current based on this double loopcontrol,deriving the system transfer function of specific, when the load wasinfinite,using data visualization algorithm to tune the parameter of PI voltageregulator,the optimum parameters were selected from contented the frequency domainand time domain properties,the effect of two control strategies was each penetration,theoutput waveform quality were highe.First the data visualization algorithms of the PI controller parameters tuning wasstudied, as the result of PI controller tuning parameters was often not a finite analyticalsolution in some categories but the countless solutions. While during the process of thedesign of PI controller,to adopt the data visualization methods can clearly demonstrate acausal relationship of design parameters and design effect wholly. By taking theintersection of different data fields,those contradictory and inter-related problems can bevisualized,and eventually come up with a better control effect parameters.Further the works of the single-phase SPWM inverter were analyzed,using thisdata visualization algorithms in the single-phase inverter power source,which can add tothe builing-up of mathematics of the inverter system of control strategy,and therebyderiving the transfer function. The non-linear equations were transformed intoinformation of the frequency response of the controlled object information to drawgraphics and to obtain the best control parameter region frequency domain, based on which the use of time-domain performance optimization,thus it was relatively easy toselect the control parameters that can meet both the performance requirements of thefrequency domain and time domain index.Finally, based on the mathematical model from the abstraction of single-phaseSPWM Inverter power, a complete single-phase SPWM inverter simulation model wasbuilded, analyzinig graphics tuning parameters of outer voltage PI, then the controlsystem parameters was tuned by the data visualization,it had strong robustness and fastdynamic response,besides, when the system parameters or load were changed, thesteady-output-state characteristics were good;From the various simulation results, it canbe seen that the output voltage waveforms had low THD value and a good steady stateand dynamic state characteristics, under the influence of the PI controller parameterstuned by this Data visualization algorithm.The creative point of this paper is its data visualization tuning of the PI controlparameters,and then use this method to tune the parameter of inverter control system...
