At present, because of many factors ineconomy, geography and so on, building energy started late. Building energy policy islagging behind, so there are many problems to be solved.On the basis of an overview of the relevant academic literature and dynamicanalysis of the problem through energy conservation work carried out by the ChongqingMunicipal Building and building energy efficiency policies in the implementationprocess, policies and regulations, standards, incentives, energy saving andcapacity-building, seven elements of the energy industry, energy-saving technology andadvocacy training work together to build a system point of view of building energyefficiency policies, and around the current building energy efficiency policy system inChongqing Municipality to discuss. In this paper, It hasanalyzed the building energy efficiency, using the basic principles of management,combining with the developed areas of foreign and domestic building energy efficiencyin the field of mature experience, it makes recommendations of building energy efficiency in Chongqing to develop building energy policy planning framework. Thepurpose of this research is to provide a realistic basis for building energy efficiencypolicies regulations and construction in Chongqing Municipality.
