With the sustained and rapid development of the domestic economy, more and moreengineering blasting and blasting tests has been using in our cities and importantbuildings. Because the arising hazards from blasting vibration is very serious, soportable, easy to operate, accurate engineering blasting vibration testing instrument isincreasingly important in maintaining security of urban people and important buildingfor totay. But the drawbacks of the domestic engineering blasting vibration monitor issimple but expensive now,can not meet the needs of modern engineering blastingmonitoring.On the basis of learning our laboratory FPGA research achievement, we put SOPCtechnology into using engineering blasting monitoring system, to research rock blastingsignal transmission and processing technology.SOPC technology is the emerging technology in recent years with the developmentof semiconductor technology and microelectronics technology and SOPC technology isbased on the embedded system (the Nios Ⅱ soft core processor), is integration ofsoftware and hardware, many experts believe that the SOPC technology is the ultimategoal and the inevitable trend of the IP design in the microelectronics field.This topic used SOPC technology to the engineering blasting field, mainly based onthe following points: Firstly, the Nios Ⅱ soft-core system can be configured,whichprovides great convenience to add wireless transmission module for blasting monitoringsystem later. Secondly, SOPC technology implemente NiosⅡ microprocessor in theFPGA internal, making it not only good control characteristics of the microprocessor,but also fast logic of programmable logic devices. Thirdly, the SOPC system provides alarge number of IP cores,which greatly reduce.product design cycle.This system bases on SOPC platform, its internal embedded NiosⅡ soft-coreprocessor, as well as all kinds of peripheral Avalon bus interface;hardware systemdesign use NiosⅡ soft-core processor as the core, and then add the appropriate IP coresand some expansion PIO; Software system design provide the appropriate drivers andapplication programs based on the various components.The contents of this thesis is that collection and system control of rock blastingvibration signal, data processing and spectral analysis of vibration sigal displaying onthe LCD, the main working process of the system: When user switch the button to start the acquisition of blasting vibration signal,The acceleration transducer start to collect blasting vibration signal, when thevelocity blasting vibration signals reach the trigger condition, A/D converter convertblasting vibration signals of the front-end analog circuit conditioning for a group16-bitbinary number, transmit data to the FPGA In a serial manner,Once the vibration speedof the blasting vibration signal add up to trigger conditions, FPGA began to storage A/Dtransform data to external FLASH memory. By adding a floating-point-specificinstructions, NiosⅡ soft-core processor uses the FFT algorithm to process data stored inthe FLASH for the frequency spectrum.etc, displays the results on the liquid crystal(LCD12864). In order to adapt to different environments, NiosⅡ processor via the LCDmenu control the settings of the peripheral circuit parameters, such as samplingfrequency, trigger level and channel coupling, etc..The paper has completed rock blasting vibration signal transmission and used FFTalgorithm to analysis data in SOPC system,displayed the analysis spectrum on theLCD12864, while the system also achieves that using NiosⅡ soft core processor to setacquisition parameters; through the QuartusⅡ9.0SOPC Builder, we configure SOPCsystem,programm andoptimize the system in the Nios Ⅱ9.0IDE, obtain satisfactoryresults in the DE2hardware development platform, which proved SOPC technologygood features.SOPC technology is still in the exploratory stage, reference materials andengineering are very scarce, and the subject also explore and attempt to research andstudy in the same way,we hope that our research will provide some help for later oneengaged in the SOPC design.
