In recent years, real estate, affordable housing settlements and relocationresidential house in Xi’an together impel the Xi’an residential area’s large-scaleconstruction into the residential area construction boom stage, which need residentialarea related theory is further developed; Urban residential area’s green space accountsfor more than9%of the area of the city, the total area is big, the green spaceconstruction of residential area plays an important role in ecological city construction;Residential area’s green space is not only accessible, for people to live with thecomfortable environment, showing the living quality and urban residential characteristic,at the same time, residential area’s green space also play the double burden role:showing the second artificial natural and the city green space pattern "terminal".Therefore, the study on the ecological service function from Xi’an city residential area’sgreen space pattern and form factor of the bio-environment creation model is one of theimportant topics of Xi’an urban residential area’s ecological construction.This paper, with the study of Xi’an urban residential area’s green space, comb therelevant concept and the theory, survey and research the residential area’s green spacepattern and green plant habitats, to summarize the residential area constructioncondition in Xi’an, and to comprehensively analyze the bio-environment creation theoryand methods and so on, finally proposing Xi’an urban residential areas of the eightkinds of green space model and a green space composition factor of residentialbio-environment creation pattern, and providing certain theoretical and practical basisfor residential areas of the green space research and construction. The main contents are as following:1. Through the study of the residential area’s green area and urban green space andecological service function of the green space, this paper puts forward the concept of theresidential area’s green space, and then, explicitly points out that residential area’s greenspace is the ecological transformation of the residential area’s green area.2. Through the research of nearly60years of Xi’an residential construction,residential construction, distribution and residential green space development, this paper,from the perspective of landscape ecology for eight pattern mode, provides the basis forresidential area’s green space pattern classification and research, and proposes the Xi’anurban residential area green space eight kinds of pattern imagining mode, and then,expects the ideal mode of Xi’an residential area’s green space.3.Various green spaces of Xi’an urban residential area are created differentbio-environment,and also given hunman ecological significances.Public green space andgreen space between in the houses are introduced wetland bio-environment,woodlandbio-environment and weed bio-environment.Road green space is introduced wetlandbio-environment and woodland bio-environment.Roof green space is introduced weedbio-environment and woodland bio-environment.Wall green space is introduced weedbio-environment.According to different site,they are introduced various ones.Residential area is biological diversification.
