With the rapid development of China’s national economy, there will be large-scale construction of the subway and underground engineering from the earlytwenty-first Century to the middle.Especially in Qingdao,high-rise building foundationpit depth in is about17merers generally.however,some have reached30metersdeep.Accordingly,the safety of the deep foundation pit has become a top priorityissue.So,in order to ensure the safety of deep foundation pit,we should study thedeformation laws caused by construction with credible predicting and effectivemonitoring which will ensure the safety of the deep foundation pit structure, thesurrounding buildings, underground pipelines and other facilities.In Qingdao,the geological condition is composite strata of soil and rock.Thismakes the system of the deep foundation pit deformation predicting and monitoringsignificantly different from that of other areas in China.Firstly,this paper studies the deformation law of the deep foundation pit in specialsoil-rock compounded strata of Qingdao.Secondly,the method and technology on thedeep foundation pit deformation predicting and monitoring are also suggested,which isapplicable to the special geological condition.Baseline method is improved,themainpoint of the combination of end-suspended pile and Microsteel-piped pile issuggested too.Through real-time monitoring of the stress on bolt,some proposals aremade about deformation monitoring of the deep foundation pit.Thirdly,it tells that howto monitor the deformation by electronic level.We also use the TS30auto-totalstation,and study the application of the three-dimensional deformation monitoringsystem.Finally, through the Yuanxiong National Square project,we come up with somecharacteristic methods about the soil-rock compounded strata of Qingdao.The research of this paper may provide a reference for the method and technologyof the deep foundation pit deformation predicting and monitoring.
