At present, axle load cells mainly is applied byoverload detection, but it existed slow vehicles weighing and low detection efficiencyand other problems in our country. The main reason is the design of Weigh-in-Motionsystem and signal processing method does not adapt the high-speed weigh-in-motionenvironment that cannot be effectively eliminate interference of vehicle dynamic load.Therefore according to the characteristics of vehicle dynamic load signal, it hasimportant theoretical significance and application value to carry out design of WINsystem and signal processing method, and improve weighing precision and efficiency.Under the support of Science and Technology Commission of Jiangxi province, thispaper have made a thorough and comprehensive analysis on the WIM system designand load signal processing method, which aims to design a high-speed weigh-in-motionand a set of load signal processing method, the presented method efficiently reduces theinfluence of the dynamic load on the weighing accuracy and improves the weighingefficiency and accuracy.Firstly, the dissertation analysis the composing and character of load signal deeplyfrom dynamic loads signal, and points out the difficult point of the high-speed WIMprocess is that to eliminate the effect which low frequency dynamic load give to the realaxle load; Based on the further analysis of load signal model and found the difficultpoint of load processing can be transformed into the low-frequency load frequencyestimation problem. Accordingly, by introducing WSN technology, to construct the distributed vehicle WIM system, and the WIM system based on the WSN technologyand dynamic load processing method based on WSN technology have been proposed.That provides a new technology platform and theory method for the WIM systemdesign and dynamic load signal processing.The main content and contributions aresummarized as follows:(1)The study of dynamic load model, to analyze the influence where come from thevarious factors of dynamic load and the WIM precision by dynamic load.(2) The WSN technology applied to the advantage research of highway WIM andWSN-WIM based on it. The dissertation puts forward the concept of WSN-WIM systemto give WIM system based on WSN technology specific hardware and software designand methods.(3) The study of dynamic load processing method of WSN. Using the collaborationof each node to estimate load frequency in the sensor network, with the sine wavefitting algorithm of three-parameter to create fit curve, and to set the linear equations,then use the efficient algorithm and certain information processing method to improveweighing precision.(4)The weighing sensor fault diagnosis based on Grey Prediction method. Thedissertation points out that sensor fault diagnosis is a critical issue in the WSN-WIMsystem, proposes sensor fault diagnosis and Grey Prediction model optimization scheme,further improves the WSN-WIM system weighing precision and system stability. |
