Abstract/Summary:
Since the definition of the Human errors coming out, most research has focused on the modes and factors of human errors. With the improvement of the mechanical and electronic components, the man-machine system becomes more and more complex. Human errors play an increasing role in the man-machine system safety. If the human errors come out in the complex man-human system, such as nuclear industry, chemical industry, aviation industry and mining industry, the result is severe, because it may lead to the death.Based on the literature at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the differences and the same points between the connection mode and fundamental mode of man-machine system. Then the context brings out the features of Monotonous Works in complex man-machine system. The task complexity and cognitive load have a significant impact on the performance of workers. Hence, the present study investigated what were the human operators’operating status and fault patterns in human-machine interaction processes. Based on task characteristics of monotonous work and the stimulated single-task experiments, the paper attempted to establish operating model to prevent the human error in monotonous works.
