The exploitation and utilization of renewable energy sources have been received great attentions of many countries, which gets a historical opportunity in China under the double pressure of economic development and environment protection. With the development of wind industry, the technology of wind power is more and more becoming the hot spot of many countries researcher. BDFM(Brushless Double-Fed Machine) has its own advantages in the field of wind power, which received great importance of many countries’scholars. BDFM is a kind of AC excitation machine with the interchangeable asynchronization and synchronization. Its structure is relatively simple, strong and BDFM can run without brush.BDFM could achieve controlling and adjustment of Active and Reactive power, which is very suitable for VSCF(variable speed constant frequency) wind power.Firstly, In this paper,it Researched on basic theory and operation principle of BDFM, theoretical research as speed machine character. At last, used Matlab to simulate, which lays foundation for variable speed constant frequency wind power generator of BDFM,it also researched on the principle of BDFM as wind-power generator with dual PWM converter. For the gird side, the thesis used the coordinate transformation of the SVPWM method to synthesize gird side three- phase voltage. Controlling method is dual-loop control strategy, that is, outer voltage and inner current control, hysteresis loop control for electrical motor side, finally conducted a simulation of Dual-PWM to prove the correctness of the control strategy.Secondly, Researched and analyzed the basic principles of artificial intelligence controlling and studied the fuzzy controller.Applied the fuzzy PI controller in SVPWM to test the superiority performance.Finally, on the basis of summing up previous chapters principles and controlling strategy, establishing BDFM as a wind generator rotor shaft of the vector control model to simulate variable-speed constant-frequency of BDFM, which achieved variable speed constant frequency voltage output, proving the correctness of control methods described in the thesis. The stator flux-oriented vector space of the PI and fuzzy control were established and carried out a simulation study for these methods.
