| In this thesis, the study on emulsion of use and waste production workshop emulsion, from Xi’an mechanical processing plant west of Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd..It is machining complex components of waste emulsion, COD concentration of high viscosity, oil, emulsion stability, and poor biodegradability characteristics, using Fenton oxidation, hydrochloric acid, ultrasonic irradiation treatment on the waste emulsion for pretreatment.Fenton reagent advanced oxidation treatment of industrial wastewater has been involved in many areas, the technology has good prospects, current Fenton advanced oxidation processes on the high concentration of waste emulsion experimental research, because researchers have taken the test conditions are different The results have also been the same. This essay is a small pilot test beaker, for pretreatment of waste emulsion studies to the simplest conditions, by manual operation, to obtain the optimal test results for all types of small businesses or waste generated Liang less emulsion the enterprises to establish processing facilities to provide the most basic simple theoretical pillar.This thesis by Fenton reagent dosage, oxidation reaction time, the dosage of hydrochloric acid, acidification reaction time test optimization of obtained Fenton oxidation, hydrochloric acid, ultrasonic irradiation in various experimental studies of optimal reaction conditions.This thesis is the following conclusions:(1) Through literature and on this testing water quality analysis, the results indica-te that the mechanical processing industries are using emulsion, whose composition is more complex, with concentration, the biodegradability of poor performance, non-biodegradable waste.(2) The use of Fenton oxidation process of mechanical processing waste emulsion, can achieve a good demulsification degrease, in addition to the efficiency of up to 99%. The best test conditions in pH value of 3 or so, the best time to 30min oxidation reaction, hydrogen peroxide dosage best amount to 100mL/L, which amount to H2O2 28.96g/L, and related research findings, ferrous sulfate best amount to 2.8g/L, Fe2+ dosing concentration in 900-1000mg/L, is in between the other findings.(3) For O/W-type mechanical processing waste emulsion to dosing demulsification acidification hydrochloride except when desirable good demulsification degrease the best conditions for acidification reaction time in 30min within the hydrochloric acid dosage less than 50mL/L. The best results for:COD removal rates of up to 61%, the oil removal rates of up to 99 percent.(4) The use of ultrasound irradiation on mechanical processing of waste emulsion for breaking the deal, through experimental studies show that the effect of ultrasonic treatment and waste water emulsion concentration, emulsion waste water if the concentration is too high, reduce the ultrasonic demulsification effect.(5) For mechanical waste emulsion by ultrasonic irradiation, the ultrasonic power 300W, frequency of 40kHz, ultrasonic sound energy density of 3.0×10-3 W/mL cases, the COD concentration of raw water in the 253440-286150mg/L of, the oil concentration in the 14280-14320mg/L between, the dilution factor selected 4 (ie 1 +4 size of the original volume of water purified water) or so is appropriate. |
