| Today, due to world energy crisis, energy-saving and environmental protection has become the key task of all manufacturing enterprises. Because of high energy consumption and great emission in the process of oxidation clinker production by the means of sinter alumina, the domestic sinter alumina corporations emphasis on how to save energy and protect environment.This paper studies how to modify the grate cooler, which was used to the cement clinker previously, to cool oxidation clinker. Superabundant heated-air of the grate cooler producing in the low temperature range pass through the new pattern of bag dust collector, and then suitable heat-exchange equipment reclaim hot energy after dust colleting. Main research and achievements are following:1. Based on working principle of grate cooler and the characteristic of oxidation clinker, the parameter of the grate cooler used to cool is made certain; high-damping grate cooler is applied after studying its working principle; the mode of supplying wind and the specialty of new grate bed are confirmed; before putting forward proposed solution, the reason of the impact while the grate bed moves is analyzed.2. Based on the characteristic of bag filter, the material of bag filter is made certain adopting to this project and reasonable style of dust cleaning is proposed after studying the feasibility in the process of oxidation clinker manufacture with bag filter.3. Based on the condition of the hot wind and the company production, the technics of the two waste heat recovery is put forward. The paper excogitate the evaporation tower which can reduce the water content of crude material slurry considering the feature of fluid cooling equipment in existence. In order to get the hot water used in washing production, plate heat exchanger is applied to waste heat recovery.After studying this project, oxidation alumina clinker cooled and hot heat utilized effectively contribute to achieve good effect of energy-saving and environmental protection. |
