| Coating solidification equipment can shorten curing time, improve the energy utilizationefficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve the quality of the surface. Bogie as a keycomponent of fast trains, corrosion in hot and humid environment becomes the main failure.For suppress surface corrosion effectively, Bogie anticorrosive thick coating with specialanti-corrosion after bogie surface harden.and curing process have been analsysed.Bogie anticorrosive thick coating solidification technology has been studied in allaspects. The requirement that the total dry film thickness is about250μm in accordance withthe relevant standards and norms, and putty scratch weight is limited to less than5~8kg;Firstly, bogie conveyor system has been designed and analysis; Secondly, the structure ofchamber and wall has been designed; Thirdly, breeze circulation system and temperaturecontrol system have been studied, and the conclusion shown in the following.(1) The special structure composed the parabolic and the elipse has been designed basedon the geometrical optics and the radition heating transport theory. The structure can morebenefits to the deep directional radition so that the bottom of the anti-corrosion coatingsolvent to evaporate quickly, and enhance the adhesion of the coating;(2) Bogie conveyor system has been finished designing and analysising which usedheat-beam manufacturing orbital model stress and strain analysis carried out by Ansys, andthe results shows that the stress value is3.37MPa and the diaplacement value is0.053, whichdetermine the calculations correctness;(3) The drying tunnel designed to bridge, and the insulation wall of the breaking bridgewith plug access structure which assures that bogie can transport smoothly;(4) In the breeze circulation system, the structure of supply and breath has been finisheddesigning and Fluent used by simulation to analysis the speed. The simulated value is about1.1m/s, it is mostly equal to1m/min in original so that successfully verifying rationality ofbreeze circulation system, which can meen the requirement in the practice and can prove thereaonality of the structure;(5) Based on the anti-corrosion coatings properties and the requirements in coatingcuring, the temperature control system studied for solving starting currents infinite whenpowering instantaneous as zero cold resistance. The voltage regulator automatic temperaturecontrol system designed which reduced the impact of power grid voltage drop and of controlaccuracy by thermal inertia, thereafter ensuring stable temperature control process. |
