Abstract/Summary:
In the process of oil production of oil fields in our country, pumping unit is undoubtedlya kind of very important mining equipments. The mining efficiency is high or low largelydepends on the performance of the pumping unit. With the urging requirement of theexploitation of heavy oil and low permeability reservoir, a lot of long stroke and low speedblue elephants appeared, such as the chain blue elephant, the mandrel blue elephant, themultiple well blue elephant etc. Although these pumping units can meet the requirement oflong stroke, but due to the frequent starting of the motor and a creep wear of, chains inreversing process, the the service life has been decreased, the reliability has been reduced andenergy saving effect has been poor. According to this situation, this paper proposes a new typeof blue elephant, namely the differential reversing blue elephant, and designs and analyzes thekey parts of the pumping unit. Specific research contents and results are as follows:This paper first introduced the advantages and disadvantages of beam pumping units andsome kinds of existing blue elephants, especially the blue elephant is introduced according todifferent classification of reversing system. The basic working parameters of theWCYJG14-08-26-Z type differential reversing blue elephant had been brought up throughcomparison and analysis, and introduced the system composition and working principle ofpumping unit, and analyzed differential reversing system of the pumping unit and the workingprinciple of brake disc. Completed type selection design and strength check of wire rope,motor, wire rope drum, drum shaft, differential reversing speed reducer, rack of thedifferential reverse pumping unit, and established three dimensional entity mode of keycomponents of pumping unit based on SolidWorks software. Acquired the formula and changelaw of hanging point displacement, velocity and acceleration through analyzing the movementof the pumping unit; acquired the size and change law of the suspended point of static loadand dynamic load through analyzing the load of pumping unit; drew diagram of the pumpingunit according to the result that was calculated by suspension point load change. Introducedthe finite element method and the ANSYS, and established the finite element model of theframe of differential reverse pumping unit using ANSYS. Analyzing the static force to acquirethe finite element analytic results, and then analyzed its stability. Built comprehensiveevaluation index system of differential reversing pumping unit, drew the different weightedcoefficient of evaluation index through the weighted scoring method and using the method ofengineering fuzzy evaluation of fuzzy mathematics to go on comprehensive evaluation on thepumping unit.Through theoretical analysis of the pumping unit, the WCYJG14-08-26-Z is a new type differential reversing blue elephant which is characterized by long stroke, remarkableenergy-saving, sturdy, reliable, good safety performance and low manufacturing cost. It hasimportant practical significance in improving the oilfield production.
