Based on geological difficulties of rumaila, the salt resistant polymer drilling fluid andplugging technology research. Through the optimization of treating agent, salt resistance,resistance to sulfur water comprehensive evaluation experiments, reservoir protectiondeveloped has good rheological property, strong inhibitory, excellent resistance to salt pastelayer pollution and water pollution sulfur resistance of polymer drilling fluid system. Andthrough the applicability of the micro foam drilling fluid research, composite plugging agentformulation research,3H, the composite plugging agents agent suitability study, compositegel plugging agent, plugging technology research successfully solving the skilled problem therumaila malignant leakage.The topic research and development of drilling fluid system in the second section,accumulated over100meters thick layer of salt paste, third section easy to collapse during thehole drilling and sulfide formation water invasion performance is stable, not because thecause of the drilling fluid in drilling process and lead to underground complex. Developedplugging technology in Dammam, Hartha two serious leakage layer leak proof of the successrate was14%and81%, easy leakage of third section.the leakproof success rate reached100%;Single well plugging loss2.25days on average.21Wells drilling cycle is47.93days onaverage,and two R-511, R-512Wells to refresh the local drilling records and fieldapplication effect is achieved.
