| The polymer material is based on the polymer materials. The birth of polymer materials has brought great convenience for the various sectors of the national economy and in all aspects of people’s lives. However, due to the large consumption of oil resources and the growth of plastic waste bring the energy crisis and the environment pollution which are paid more and more attention. So in recent years, the new products by petroleum synthesized gradually reduced, materials research toward the development of high performance, low cost, renewable resources, safe non-toxic and environmental protection. The development of a new type of biodegradable polymer materials which can decompose naturally after using in short term has become a hot research topic. Polylactic acid is one of the representatives of this kind of materials, but because of PLA’s shortcomings, such as slow crystallization rate, poor impact resistance, so its application has been effected. In order to improve the PLA’s crystalline performance, the new nucleating agent TMC-306is selected and the crystalline properties of PLA is inspected using characterization methods such as DSC, WAXD, POM and so on. Conclusions are as follows:(1) Through DSC I research the non-isothermal crystallization properties of PLA of adding different content of nucleating agent. using Jeziorny method and Mo method to process the data of non-isothermal crystallization and found TMC-306has good heterogeneous nucleation effect, can improve the PLA crystallization temperature, crystallization time, increase the crystallization rate(2) Using a hot stage polarizing microscope, when the nucleating agent content are0.25%and0.5%of the PLA, the date pit shape crystal and the shish-kebab form crystal can be observed at130℃isothermal crystallization; when the nucleating agent content of0.25%of the sample crystallizes at100℃, a needle-like crystal morphology will be observed, while the Spherical crystal and date pit crystal coexist can be formed at115℃crystallization (3) For injection molded samples, when the nucleating agent content is1%, the degree of crystallization of the polylactic acid has a certain improvement. But on the whole processes of the film pulling and the injection molding of the TMC-306, it is almost no effect on improving the degree of crystallization of the PLA.(4) The stretched film at different annealing temperatures, a crystal can been found, while at130℃and145℃annealing, there is only a crystal. The a crystal can be only fond when the injection sample annealing at120℃.(5) Annealing with injection spline and stretch film, the addition of nucleating agent has no effect on improving the degree of crystallization of PLA, and even to some extent, reduced the crystallization of PLA. |
