At present, most knitting enterprises rely on introduction, digestion, absorption and create new mode to organize production in our country high-end knitting equipment at the original process principle, basic process, researching and development on key components and high speed, high efficiency driver and the system integration technology. This topic conducts basic theory researching with the knitting needle jacquard circular machine as the study object, put forward the tentative idea of magnetic suspension type drive needle theory and control algorithm, apply magnetic suspension theory and technology discuss magnetic suspension drive needle theory and technology from the idea.In this paper, we discussed the following magnetic suspension driven knitting needle theory and experimental methods:(1) Based on analysis and research of needle motion of circular knitting machine, to establish the motion model of single suspension driven knitting needle, obtained polynomial motion equation of the law of motion of the knitting needle polynomial equation of motion, on this basis, get the curves of time-displacement, time-speed, time-acceleration of the needle, provide significant reference to realize the feasibility of electromagnetism-permanent magnet drive needle axial suspension.(2) Study the structure of the maglev drive needle, supporting structure and the structure optimization of knitting needle, for follow-up provide feasible carrier carry out single suspended needle test and method. Through suspension driven needle control algorithm, provide experiment method of the controlled single or more needle movement test. The test result can satisfy the high speed needle movement patterns, and provide experiment scheme for suspension drive needle of new knitting machine.(3) This paper analysis the control strategy, preliminary obtained single suspension needle drive system state equation, and use the voltage feedback and current feedback and PID control to design the single suspension needle controller, and simulation through the matlab software. The principle accords with movement requirements of the knitting needle.(4) The paper also introduces control system hardware and software design of the single suspension needle.To sum up, this topic combined with the knitting machine key technology, the principle of prototype maglev, proposed a new model of loom control and theoretical research and experimental means, implementing scheme, method and application method, the thought can be applied to the study the core controller of maglev type flat knitting machine and knitting hosiery machine. |
