China is a big country with production of textile printing and dyeing. Especiallyin the last few years, economic growth led to the rapid development of textile printingand dyeing industry in China. At present, China has become the world’s largestcountry in printing and dyeing industry, as well as one of the largest countries in waterconsumption, pollutant emissions and environmental impact.Textile printing anddyeing production process need to consume a lot of electricity and steam, which at thesame time will cause a lot of printing and dyeing wastewater emissions,boilercombustion exhaust gas and waste slag. However, in recent years, with the rapiddevelopment of the textile industry and ifnishing technology,there comes moreaddictives such as artiifcial silk,new auxiliaries, ifnishing agents and chemical ifberfabric to make the traditional printing and dyeing wastewater worse. A large numberof new organic with low biodegradability which is carcinogenic,mutational andaberrant appear, and this kind of refractory pollutants lead the tradicional dyeingwastewater treatment technology facing new challenges.The key to improve the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology isto improve the eiffciency of the reactor in the process, so it is very important for theresearch of reacotr.This paper is based on the ultraviolet catalytic reactor in hightemperature dyeing wastewater on-line treatment and reuse project of GuangDongYiDa Group (GET), and treatment of dyeing wastewater advanced catalytic reactor forthe object. According to the research of academic websites in photocatalytic reactor,catalytic reactor and internal electrolysis reactor, the number of reference rate curvemodel,as well as analyzing the implementation diiffculty, eiffciency,cost, economicstatus and development trend of three kind of advanced catalytic reactors. Researchshows that:(1) The number of articles of the reactor, the photocatalytic reactor, theelectro-catalytic reactor and photoelectric reactor is generally increasing,but after thepeak of the previous two years, the number of articles in the past two years wasrelative reduced. (2)Compared to other advanced catalytic reactors, the number of articles ofphotocatalytic reactor was signiifcantly higher than electro-catalytic reactor andinternal electrolysis reactor.(3)The articles with the theme of the photocatalytic reactor was citedsigniifcantly higher than the electro-catalytic reactor and Internal electrolysis reactor,but all advanced catalytic reactors which is cited has been declining year by year.(4)Separate construction costs and operating costs in terms of eiffciency,forthe treatment of wastewater under the same conditions, generally speaking,photocatalytic reactor is higher than the electro-catalytic reactor, and theelectro-catalytic reactor is higher than the internal electrolysis reactor.(5)Considering the treatment effect and economic point of view,high-temperature dyeing wastewater treatment process of ultraviolet catalytic reactorhas more advantages than other reactors.
