The development status of the domestic and international oil analog devices and analogwell is summarized, and the analog device existed is studied. According to the existing analogdevice structural features, the overall program has been put forward; the system is dividedinto five parts: analog well group, high-pressure piping system, low-pressure piping system,the pipeline experiment control flow and data acquisition and control system. The principleabout each part is described in the text; according to the common equipment in oil field, oilpumping unit, oil-well pump and oil-submerged pump are selected, and the parameters aredetermined; according to the selection of oil field equipment, high-pressure piping system,low-pressure piping system and the pipeline experiment control flow are designed, and relatedequipments are selected.The CFD method is used for studing on the high-pressure line and pipeline experimentcontrol flow. Analyzes the pressure loss of the high-pressure line in10MPa,15MPa,35MPa;analyzes the relationship among flow, pressure and valve opening angle in the experimentalcontrol process.The data acquisition and control of each experiment is analyzed; the data acquisition andcontrol system design has been completed inline with the principle of the accuracy of dataacquisition and the reliability of control; the control method in the paper is the combination ofthe industrial computer, PLC and MGGS.Finally, the paper designes the experiments hydraulic modeling experiment system cancomplete, and gives the principle of the experiment and the process.This article relates to oil production, well control, workover, fluid dynamics, electricalcontrol and other professional theory and related technologie, which is certain valuable.
