Abstract/Summary:
Since1960, Eastern Fault, B1Region put into production, it has gone through the basicwell pattern water flooding development stage, infill adjustment stage and the stage ofpolymer flooding. Current reservoir is in high water cut, high degree of recovery and residualoil recovery rate of recoverable reserves is also very high—"three high" production phase. Inorder to improve the recoverable reserves further, we select a district in the Eastern Fault, B1Region to conduct strong base system ASP compound flooding pilot tests inClass II Reservoirs. In this paper, by using the numerical simulation method, combined withmultivariate regression method, we can determine the relationship between each type of wellgroup development factors and degree of reserve recovery in chemical flooding. And by usingnumerical simulation method, the displacement performance curve method and the featurepoint forecasting method, we can carry out the comprehensive qualitative evaluation on thedevelopment effect of ASP compound flooding.Through the analysis of18development effect factors on ASP compound flooding singlewell group, the main influencing factors of the chemical flooding include12indicators, whichare the effective thickness, the water flooding recovery degree, the initial water cut in earlystage, the last stage water cut in blank water flooding, the channel sandClassⅠcommunication ratio, the channel sand ClassⅢ and Ⅳcommunication ratio, wellgroup effective thickness, the permeability contrast (minimum permeability is greater thanthe minimum value of0.15), the permeability variation coefficient, the usage of the chemicalagent and the polymer concentration. They respectively represent the development of oillayers, the completeness of well group, the situation of the residual oil and the injectionparameters. We select the most sensitive and the most representative six parameters from theabove factors, then conduct the personalized numerical simulation experiments and return tothe recovery degree relationship of the various wells in chemistry flooding. The recoverydegree of the A, B, C wells in chemistry flooding we achieved are18.5%,37.9%and25.5%,while the actual recovery degree are20.3%,38.7%and24.3%. Then we quantize theparameters’ contribution coefficient to chemical flooding recovery. With numericalsimulation method, the displacement performance curve method and feature point prediction,we can predict the center well development index. Recovery degree in the test area are37.79%,37.73%and35.9%respectively. It proved that the forecast results has high precision and the method is feasible.
