But at present, in the polymersurfactant and polymer preparation station filter bag found a large number of black andyellow jelly, cause filter serious congestion, lead to increase pressure difference before andafter the filter bag, filter bag breakage; Jelly were carried into the reservoir, in addition toblock rock tunnel, will be breeding a large number of bacteria, biodegradable polymers andpolymer surfactant, affect oil displacement effect. Although in a certain period of time toreplace filter bag, but did not fundamentally solve the problem, not only wastes the resources,and the impact to production. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear surfactant and polymersolutions, the colloidal impurities composition and genesis, and to make correspondingmanagement measures.This paper mainly studies the polymer surfactant and polymer colloidal impurities in thebacteria and inorganic and organic components; Colloidal material forming mechanism; Onsite filters, central, imports outlet once every10days for sampling, look inside the filter of theformation of the colloidal material and filter bag damaged time, detecting changes of thebacteria and inorganic ions content; Indoor establish circulation device simulation, determinethe jelly form factors, and the study of governance measures. Results show that:(1) polymersurfactant and polymer solution colloidal substance mainly organic composition of amides,inorganic ions, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, bacteria are mainly sulfatereducing bacteria (SRB), metatrophic bacteria (TGB) and iron bacteria (FB);(2) polymersurfactant and polymer of organic matter derived from poly table agent respectively jellypowder and polymer powder; Inorganic ions, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium mainlycomes from water, iron is mainly derived from bacteria on the corrosion of equipment offerrous iron, bacteria on the corrosion of carbon steel Fe2+, Fe2+was oxidized to Fe3+, whichresult in the increase of Fe3+content; Bacteria mainly comes from polymer surfactant andpolymer powder;(3) the cause of the jelly is due to the existence of metal ions, and amidegroup side chain of polymer degradation products carboxylic crosslinked, especially highmetal ions, such as iron, calcium, magnesium, crosslinking occurred more, with the extensionof time, gradually reunion together, bivalent iron make jelly been black, ferric iron to makejelly, yellowish-brown and the bacteria in the system with organic nutrients, graduallybreeding, adhesion on the surface of glue, make colloidal material knot closer, hydrogensulfide sulfate reducing bacteria metabolites, make the system produces pungent smell.(4) theglue on the polymer surfactant and polymer viscosity degradation effect,6days the degradation rate of around63%and87%respectively.(5) on each node in the colloidalimpurities polymer surface technique to generate incentive governance respectively, theresults show that scattered through the gear mesh improvement, reduced the slaking tanksolutions have bubbles and fisheye phenomenon, reduce the formation of the colloidalimpurities contributing factor; Slaking tank into accident tank, the tank solutions emptying,ensures that the transmission rate of solutions; Filters filter bag use individual change cycle,to avoid the waste of resources and change filter bag filter bag damage caused not in time;Solution viscosity increased significantly after oil transmission pipeline flushing, effect isobvious.
