Study On The Erosion-corrosion Of Oil/gas Pipeline And The Protecting Countermeasures

The flowing solid medium often consist in oil and gas production andtransportation,which causes severe erosion-corrosion phenomenon.In the process of DaqingOilfield deep gas development and peripheral oilfield development,the downhole and surfacegas gathering system is the mixture of gas-liquid,gas-liquid-solid.Erosion-corrosion willproduce in elbows and risers in conditions of high pressure and high flow rate.When thesystem contains corrosive media such as CO2,erosion will be more serious.At the sametime,in the development of peripheral oilfield,mixed transportation has also been widely used.Slug flow producing in the process of mixed transportation will lead to erosion-corrosion.Erosion-corrosion will become important factors affecting mixed transportation pipeline safeoperation.According to investigation on the field of gas pipelines,the erosion-corrosion of theDaqing Oilfield has been mastered.Through researching on the factors influence oferosion-corrosion,the law of flow rate,sand content,media corrosive,impact angle,particlediameter,material hardness have been clear.Through the study of the erosion corrosion,erosion-corrosion measures are proposed for the Daqing Oilfield.The research is of great significance for pipeline erosion-corrosion and promoting theoilfield production safely.With the large scale of Daqing Oilfield deep gas fields andperipheral oilfield,problems of high pressure gas pipeline and mixed transportation pipelineerosion-corrosion will gradually appear.The research results of this project will be widelyused to provide strong technical support for production of oilfields.It also can save a lot ofmaintenance costs.Except that, the project has enormous economic and social benefits.
