| Rubber equipment corrosion were mainly concentrated in hydrofluoric acid absorptionoil system and circulating water exchange oxygen corrosion of heat exchanger, with theoperation cycle increased, has exerted great influence on the two kinds of corrosion forbutadiene rubber device stability and safety operation.This paper analyzes the causes of the two kinds of corrosion, and puts forward theincrease of hydrofluoric acid corrosion of caustic wash tower, exhaust alkaline washing tankand the process, equipment designed according to the cause of two kinds of corrosion, thecirculating water heat exchanger oxygen corrosion inhibitors way, effectively delay thebutadiene rubber equipment corrosion problem, improve operation of cis-1,4-polybutadienerubber unit cycle, reduce the occurrence of equipment failure. |
