Since the reform and opening up,the country’s socio-economic development atthe same time, the demand for electricity has also continued to increase. In order toadapt to this demand for electricity, the country has been built to include a lot of newnuclear power plants. However,it requires a lot of cooling water in the course of theoperation of nuclear power plants. Then the waste hot water from the outfalldischarged into the ocean. This will make the coastal water temperature is likely to besubstantially improved. So, it is particularly important to monitor the nuclear powerplant’s thermal discharge. This article select the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station as a research area.Basedon the research of the thermal infrared radiative transfer model, Tan Zhihao’s singlewindow algorithm and Universal single-channel algorithm, and the use of multi-viewdata inversion of the sea water temperature of the Daya Bay Nuclear PowerStation, combined with the experimental data to verify the correctness and accuracy ofthe temperature inversion. The main content of this paper includes the followingsections:First of all:Pretreatment of the need to use data.Geometric precision correctionpart,IRS data directly using ENVI,TM data can use ERDAS to deal with;Put the badimage data cloud processing, and eliminate the cloud cover place; Then began to landand water separation, put the waters separated out, make the mask waters,To facilitatethe algorithm research of behind.Followed by:Using radiative transfer model to deal with the December18,2011and December22,2011satellite data, then compare with the experimental data.Usingbefore the HJ-1B satellite launch ground laboratory established "temperatureirradiance equation",Using a lookup table method to deal with the IRS data of18and22,2011,and compare to the day Daya Bay on the day of experimental datacollected. The results show that, with radiative transfer model inversion temperature is0.7℃higher than the measured temperature, the reason is mainly related to the transit time. Finally:Using radiative transfer model method to process the same day IRS dataand TM data,so as to comparative study. In this paper, the3Scene TM datainversion, inversion of the corresponding IRS data of the day.The results show that theradiative transfer model inversion TM and IRS data,Inversion of IRS data of theaverage temperature is2℃higher than TM data,The satellite data transit time therehave been a close relationship. The research of thermal pollution on the Daya Bay nuclear power plant provide agood basis, can real-time and accurate monitoring of nuclear power plant thermaldischarge.
