The topic took Vitamin wastewater of Zhengzhou Tuoyang biological industrial limited company as study object,to remove COD、NH3-N、TP and other complex pollutants away from the wastewater under the assistance of "IC reactor+A/O Combination of technology".During the running of start,track all the data of "IC reactor+A/O Combination of technology "and according to the data’s volatility to analysis the process of actual operation situation and the relationship between the related indicators.According to the IC reactor’s Characteristics、granule sludge’s quality、about3000mg/L’s inflow COD and the production workshop drainage conditions of the Pilot test,determine the start-up of IC reactor starting bulk load as5kg/(m3-d) and the inflow quality is33.30m3/d.A month and a half before the reactor operation,improve load once a week.On the basis of stable operation,raise the load to10kg/(m3-d) step by step and raise the inflow quality to66.67m3/d.After two months of steady running,temperature raised gradually, the load can be improved continuously and find the largest volume load of the "no acidification"IC reactor.When run to the third month,due to the fluctuation of water quality,inflow COD raise to3500mg/L. At this time,due to the inflow water raise to70.00m3/d, volume load of IC reactor is13~14kg/L.The removal rate of IC reactor in a certain degree of decline,water VFA sudden increased,and if reactor run in this state for a long time, may cause the acidification.Run early, due to the limitation of temperature and on the basis of stable operation,COD removal rate is only60%. After a month and a half’s running, methanogens reactor activity increase gradually. Combined with the temperature in the reactor rised,even the inflow water increased, the volume load increased, the removal rate of COD can still keep in more than75%and the effluent COD at500~600mg/L. Analyze the relations of the water inflow Q and VFA water, ALK/VFA, the water volume load and the removal rate of COD to determine the actual running condition of the IC reactor、the adaptability of anaerobic granular sludge as well as improve the feasibility of the load again.The waving correlative analysis between the inflow VFA and effluent VFA, between the inflow COD and effluent VFA, to verify the saturated state of the processing power of anaerobic granular sludge and master the anaerobic reactor maximum volume load and the room to improve.VFA is the most sensitive index to judge of the the reactor’s within the environment.Through monitoring of VFA, avoid Granular sludge poisoned, reactor "acidic" phenomenon because of the water volume suddenly increase、the load suddenly increase.Through the pilot test to analysis A/O process up and running.During the running of A/O process,analysis and research the change of COD removal, the change trend of NH3-N and the change trend of TP.At the beginning of the start, the A/O process on the removal rate of COD、NH3-N、TP is not very ideal. Rafter running20days,the three indicators have reached the ideal state.As the reaction going,the removal rate of COD reached75%above, effluent COD between100~200mg/L; NH3-N removal rate reached90%, effluent NH3-N maintain at about10mg/L; after two months of steady running, and TP removal rate reached90%, effluent TP maintain at0.5~1.0mg/L. All indicators show that combination of IC+A/O process for disposal of wastewater from vitamin is feasible and effective.
