Due to its unique molecular structure and good coordination, phosphinine has good application in catalysis,as the focus of many researchs in recent years. Functionalization of phosphinine may well modify its space structure, improve its electronic properties and coordination properties, which can make the phosphinine has better applicability and stability.In this paper, we use1-phenyl-3,4-dimethyl-phosphol react with various alkynes, to build the structure which has a special reaction site, and then realize functionalization of phosphinine through a indirect method.In the process of constructing the system of phosphafluorene, because it occurs rearrangement, we can not realize the target of build phosphafluorene system; But through the catalytic coupling reaction, we successfully introduce aryl-, alkynyl-and other functional groups into phosphinine system, and get the first phosphinine-azole structure which is a new type P, N bidentate ligand.
