Study On The Z-MBR For The Polluted Landscape Water Treatment

As the urbanization is more and more quick, the landscape water body become a very important part of urban ecosystem. As the slogans of the "beautiful China" and the "Chinese dream" are putting forward, the landscape water purification problem was brought to more and more the attention of our country. The traditional methods for processing covers more area, the process operation is also very complex, and at last the spending is higher. To realize the sustainable development, energy conservation and emissions reduction are all rising, new method become an important issue in landscape water body processing.This paper puts forward to combine the zeolite adsorbent and MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) for the first time in landscape water treatment, hereinafter referred to Z-MBR method. It adopts one-piece intermittent aeration witch is carried out on the landscape water treatment, this reactor organic combine the aeration and precipitation, finally get good effluent water quality by membrane filtration. Sludge is reflux by itself, supplementary carbon source, aeration are mixing intermittent operation with aerobic anoxic environment, it covers less in area, and it is use an economical processing equipment. Adding zeolite adsorbent effective removal of organic matter in water, zeolite can implement effective recycling reuse witch is more economical. Paper’s main research content and the test results are as follows:In recent years, many cities begin to attach great importance to the research and planning of city suitable water area, the excavation of artificial lake, broadening the channel width or restore natural river channel to increase the surface and improve the ecological landscape, to adjust local microclimate and achieve the result that improving the human’s comfort. According to the<2011China environmental conditions bulletin> it shows that in2011, the national surface water overall for the mild pollution, the lakes’s (reservoirs) eutrophication is still outstandingAdding zeolite adsorbent in the MBR(hereinafter referred to as Z-MBR) process for the treatment of landscape water body, the effect is very good and the average concentration of effluent CODCr is in8.71mg/L, it has met<GHZBI>(GB3838-2002) about the class Ⅰ water quality regulations about COD index. In terms of ammonia nitrogen, zeolite has very strong adsorption effect, because zeolite with polar molecules, its adsorption is very strong and its effect is better than activated carbon adsorption of ammonia nitrogen, in2h aeration and2h concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water with a mean of2.59mg/L, total nitrogen removal efficiency, the average concentration is12.04mg/L, generally speaking, the effluent of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen has reached The urban sewage recycling water landscape water quality(GB/T18921-2002) requirements for the water qualityAfter selecting to add zeolite adsorbent, and the next is to choose the working condition, which is respectively:aeration2h,1h stirring; Aeration2h,2h; Aeration3h,3h. After I mesure the data in the experiment, I would draw the line chart contrast observation, and find that mixing an hour, which is due to the too short stirring time, there is no oxygen to build a good environment, so it leads to the denitrification be restrained, effluent total nitrogen is very high, can’t meet the requirements. Aeration stir3h,3h operating conditions due to the stirring time is too long, long time of oxygen, reduce aerobic bacteria activity, the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen, cannot achieve good water. And aeration,2h,2h operating conditions when the effluent concentration is best, choose operating mode is the most reasonable and cost-effective.After selected conditions, the different HRT (4h,8h,12h) comparison of the experimental research, found that after4h to8, the effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen has obvious promotion, within4h of HRT, although the water’s change of COD concentration is bigger, but the water is still very stable, it shows that the MBR process impact load is very strong. After HRT increases to12h, the effluent COD doesn’t ascend, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal efficiency is enhanced, the longer of the HRT, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal is better, for generation cycle length of the growth of denitrifying bacteria provide sufficient time, denitrifications are more fully.Finally I choose2h aeration,2h mixing intermittent operation, and select HRT conditions for8h, MBR technology for urban typical landscape water bodies, such as landscape lake landscape river (canal) processing effect is best, and in the area, processing operation costs are optimal.
