As domestic natural gas of well developed step by step, the liquid at the bottomof gas wells has become more and more serious, while it is no doubt that thecondition with high-condensate oil, high-salinity in the liquid at the bottom of gaswells brings new challenges for the performance of the foam drainage agent used inthe technology of foam drainage and gas exploitation. Based upon the circumstanceson high-condensate oil and high-salinity natural gas effusion in the Karamay Area inXinjiang, this paper aims to study a new composite foam drainage agent HBE.We adopted Ross-Miles method to screen the main agent, anti-condensate-oiladditives as well as anti-salinity additives of foam drainage agent after resourcingdomestic and foreign literature, and the liquid system blistering performance andfoam stabilizing properties was evaluated in the presence of various additives. Byconducting orthogonal experimental method to optimize the formula of foamdrainage agent. Then we inspected the range of pH which the optimum formula foamdrainage agent was applicated. it finally studied the effects of salinity, temperatureand condensate-oil on the performance of self-restraint HBE and commerciallyavailable CT5-2, and assessed the prices of both.The results showed that the ability of performance of foam, anti-sodium salt,anti-calcium salt, anti-condensate-oil and anti-temperature of cationic surfactant1631were better than others, which could be used as the main agent of foam drainageagent; EDTA disodium could be used as anti-salinity additive and2#betaine could beused as anti-condensate-oil additive.By conducting L25(56) orthogonal experimentaldesign, we developed the composite foam drainage agent HBE of200g/Lanti-high-salinity and40%anti-high-condensate-oil foam drainage agent, that was theconcentrations of main agent1631, EDTA disodium and2#betaine were respectively0.6%,0.2%and0.2%, which could be used no matter in acid or in alkali(pH=1-9) environment. When the concentration was1%,the bility of anti-condensate-oil ofHBEwas better and the price was less3400yuan/t than CT5-2.
