The purpose of the paper is brown wastewater degradation and copper extraction, reaching the PCB industry wastewater discharge standards and recycling the brown wastewater in copper. In this paper, three mainly researching parts are included. The first part is brown effluent treatment of the simulated wastewater containing low concentrations of adsorption and the use of the chemical deposition process, a direct electrolytic process, the electro-osmotic treatment, extraction, resin adsorption and oxidation degradation brown waste Probe,explore the feasibility and merits. The second part is based on the conclusions of the first part of the integration of a of electric UV/03-electrolysis-adsorption brown waste co-processing method, the optimum parameters of the method. And draw adsorption method is not suitable for high concentrations of brown waste water treatment, adsorption can be considered as the conclusions of the depth of the water treatment. Studied the chemical precipitation method, the purity of the obtained precipitate is low, difficult to separate, is not an ideal method of precipitated copper. Explore electrolysis, electro-osmotic process and easy film on the surface of the electrode and the ion exchange membrane, the processing efficiency is low. And, extraction or resin adsorption treatment process, are not well separated organics and copper ions. As well as explore the the oxidative degradation brown waste organic matter, The specific research compared O3-MnOx/AC and UV-TiCh/AC and their composite system degradation of brown liquid waste, The results show that the in O3-MnOx/AC and composite system in30minutes, the COD value from10202.26mg/L sharply to4725mg/L, free Cu2+concentration sharply increased by32.82g/L, he composite system the activation freeĀ· OH concentration is higher than a single system, shrinking the time to reach equilibrium, the degradation rate of the COD value and complexing agent solution network rate.UV/O3-electrolysis-adsorption joint processing of brown waste, in order to find the optimum reaction condition to dissociate the complex and degrade the organic of brown oxidation wastewater, the different types of reactors combined with UV and O3were investigated in this paper. Results showed that the treatment of brown oxidation wastewater by UV-O3submerged reactor exhibited better dissociative complex efficiency compared with other reactors, and for the effect of organic degradation, the UV-03submerged reactor was as good as the UV-O3impending reactor and better than single-ultraviolet light or single-ozone catalytic reactor. After six hours, the COD value of the brown oxidation wastewater decreased from12000to about7000by the treatment of UV-O3submerged reactor. The reaction conditions of the brown oxidation wastewater in the UV-O3submerged reactor were optimized.
