With the rapid development of urbanization of Beijing, a large amount of land resource is needed to meet the demand of high-speed economical development and continuous population growth. Ecosystem surrounding the Beijing city has more heavily disturbed artificially and uncontrolled urban sprawl leads to severe internal fragmentation of ecosystem, breaks the connections among ecosystem, and separates eco-landscapes from one another. In this thesis, Fangshan, Daxing, Tongzhou, as typical regions which develop rapidly in south of Beijing, are selected as research regions. Based on Markov’s transfer matrix and landscape pattern metrics, the analysis and evaluation were made on spatial pattern of the research regions in this thesis. And then under the leadership of the theory of space planning technology and landscape pattern, the simulation and analysis were made on the spatial pattern of the research regions; And the plan was made on spatial pattern of the research regions based on the original land-use-type; and also the constructive suggests were presented on the ecological construction of the research regions. The analysis can be divided into two periods, one is from2001to2006, another is from2006to2011. By comparison of two periods, it is found that arable land and other land are shrinking while building land is increasing, which is more obvious during the six years from2006to2011. It reflects rapid transformation of natural-landscape to human-landscape in the south part of Beijing which would cause the shortage of reserved land resources. At last, the author optimizes the design of the research regions" spatial pattern based on the change of spatial pattern of ecosystem, specifies scheme on corridor construction based on accumulative cost distance model by using method of comparing model corridor and real ecological corridor, and makes scheme more specific and feasible through analyzing density, blind spots and significance ecological nodes.
