Lignin and cellulose is the most abundant and cheap biomass resource in nature,they and their functional products are "green technology " in twenty-first Century hasbecome the research hotspot. Because our country forest resources shortage,non-wood raw materials is an important source of lignin and cellulose. Ramie isChina’s unique traditional fiber crop, it was said as China grass. Ramie in Chinaannual planting area of200000hectares, and accounts for about60%of thebiological yield is bone, but few for pressed fiber board or even belt rod of pulpingand papermaking, most of bone were used as firewood or abandoned, the biologicalutilization rate is very low, resulting in a tremendous waste of resources. The bone oframie is rich in cellulose and lignin. it can be an important raw material of lignin andcellulose in the theory,because its cellulose content and fiber morphology are similarto hardwood species.Therefore, study on separation and utilization of ramie bone ofcellulose and lignin, not only the resources of ramie utilization is of great significance,but also for other non-wood raw material lignin and cellulose in the research anddevelopment to provide technical support and reference.This paper first reviews the physico-chemical properties of ramie bone and themain applied current, and then the structure and properties of ramie bone celluloseand lignin were expounded, provides a theoretical basis for follow-up experimentsand production in life. Then the separation and part of the resources of the ramiecellulose and lignin using bone was carried out as follows:1. In order to extracte the cellulose and lignin in bone of ramie as raw material,using steam explosion-alkali and formic acid-acetic acid system respectivelydiscusses the extraction process conditions of their respective optimal, both on theseparation of cellulose were analyzed with IR and part of the metal elements content.The results show: the optimal process conditions of steam explosio n-alkali methodfor the reaction temperature90℃, concentration of NaOH10%, reaction time8h,under these conditions, the yield of cellulose extraction82.23%, lignin extractionwas14.53%; the optimal process conditions of formic acid-acetic acid system forformic acid/acetic acid/water (45/35/20), the ratio of solid to liquid1/20(g/mL),extraction temperature100℃, under this condition, the cellulose yield was66.54%,lignin extraction rate was35.1%. And results of the contents of Pb by separation ofcellulose was0.2. In order to extracte the cellulose and lignin as raw material, respectively, thepreparation of microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose acetated and sodium ligninsulfonate, then preliminarily the orthogonal experiment of the preparation process ofthe preparation, and the products were analyzed by infrared analysis and some metalelements content characterization. The results show that: the optimal processconditions of preparation microcrystalline cellulose are HCl4%concentration,hydrolysis time60min, Na2SO3concentration6%, hydrolyzing temperature80℃;the optimal process conditions of preparation cellulose acetate are the amount of H2SO412%, reaction time60min, ratio of solid to liquid1/16, reaction temperature70℃; the optimal process conditions of preparation sodium lignin sulfonate areNa2SO3dosage60%, reaction time4min, reaction temperature90℃.
