Since the Industrial Revolution, the rapidly developing social industrializationhas not only brought us great convenience, but also serious pollution to oursurrounding environment, among which the water pollution is the most serious one.The growing water pollution has become a major obstacle to hinder the developmentof human health and to threaten the social sustainability, seriously eroding our homesand threatening the safety of our survival. Considering the presence of series ofthreats and security hazards, the effective treatment of industrial waste water is anurgent problem, which is of great significance for human survival and health. Afterresearching on different methods, the absorption method is defined to be effective andeasy for operation. In order to find the best adsorbent, we made a new bio nanocomposite materialfrom nanomaterial with high adsorbability and selectivity as the basic absorbent andthe fungus, which is easily to be recycled and treated, as the auxiliary absorbent. Inorder to further determine the composition, properties and composition method of bionanocomposite material, this paper used electrical explosion method to prepare nanopowder, and mixed Ti nano powder with NaOH solution uniformly to synthesizeTiO2nanotubes with high specific surface area, then synthesize bio nanocompositematerial TiO2/fungus with solution blending method, after which identify the bestcomposite material through the characterization and research on properties ofcomposite material synthesized with different microorganism. At last, research andanalyze its absorption property to identify the basic property and utility value of thebio nanocomposite material. This paper carried out researches mainly on synthetic method of nanomaterialwith different morphology, amount ratio of nanomaterial with different strains andabsorption ability. A new composite material TiO2/Aspergillus niger is determined tobe the effective absorbent for treatment of sewage with heavy metal. The materialuses the titanium oxide on the Aspergillus niger to effectively and selectively absorbions of heavy metals and radioactive particles, and the effective and selective absorption maintains even in the presence of most other competing ions, whichfurther improves the treatment efficiency of sewage with heavy metal. Thus, thedevelopment of the new absorption material of fungus and nano-particle is ameaningful and promise direction for purification treatment of sewage with heavymetal, and even nuclear sewage.
