Zeolites are wildly applied to all kinds of area as adsorbents, catalysts and air separation. Since the first Zeolite NaA was synthesized, scientists have been gradually explored properties and application research of zeolites. By the end of last century, the amount of using Zeolite A as detergents ia up to100million tons annually, and the reports in recent study of low silica X and A/X co-crystalline zeolite have an advantage which they can soften hard water. There is a conventional method in which the synthesis system must keep using potassium in order to make the products structure ratio Si/Al lie in2.0and ever more low. Although earliest system of synthesis of low silica X is in the process of using sodium, the products structures Si/Al ratio did not decrease to2.1or ever more lower. The high efficiency of adsorption attach to the zeolites structure ratio Si/Al which must maintain2.0.Nowadays, the low silica zeolites and A/X co-crystalline zeolitezeolites develop amazing superiority in addictive of detergent, on the other hand, the separation of air using LiLSX to produce Nitrogen and Oxygen is base on the synthesis products NaLSX, to some extent, it is no exaggeration to say that synthsis and production of high quality as well as cheap products LSX and A/X to meet market have great meaning.In the area of exchange with Lithium to produce LiLSX, the author had an attempt on convetional liquid Lithium exchange which has to carry on multiply consecutive exchange to creat LiLSX, which has a lithium exchange degree of above95%and adsorption of nitrogen is up to19.5ml/g in environment temperture. This material, to some degree, has remarkable market value considering cost and adsorption ability of nitrogen. At present, the synthesis of zeolite LSX with low ratio Si/Al (below2.1) in pure sodium is basically a gap, therefore, the dissertation explore the synthesis of NaLSX in pure sodium system with active silica. By controlling the condition and regulating the proportion in primitive gel, the products structure ratio Si/Al lie in2.1in the zeolite LSX and euticti A/X.
