We can get optimal melting processby this group of orthogonal experiment; We detected9specimen composition,organization, rolling performance, tensile properties and oxidation resistance analysiscan see that we prepared in this way the composition of the AZ31alloy andmagnesium-the middle of the rare earth alloy AZ31alloy of the same composition;and adding rare earth alloy mechanical properties improve, such as rolling, tensileproperties of a certain level of improvement; At last the analysis of the oxidationproperties of the alloy can be found that the alloy was manufactured by two methods density of the oxide film is almost the same, which means that the the AZ31alloyoxidation resistance of the two methods was obtained similar.Through the experimental methods and analysis that we can use the Ce-La mixedrare earth oxide replaces magnesium-the middle of the rare earth alloy-performancesystem in excellent AZ31alloy. This can reduce the process of preparation of rareearth elemental not only saves energy, but also reduces environmental pollution at thesame time be able to significantly reduce the production costs. |
