With the development of economy, industrial development brings the pollution of heavy metal seriously affect the survival of mankind health. Nowadays, the heavy metal pollution of water environment has been a big environmental problem in todays society, how to detect the concentration of heavy metal in the water environment become urgent. Combine with wireless network technology, the thesis design a set of water environment automatic monitoring instrument system of heavy metals based on electrochemical sensor. Work is as follows:At the beginning of the thesis brief introduced the current situation of heavy metal pollution and some existing technology of heavy metal detection, selecting electrochemical stripping voltammetry as technology principle of system testing. At the same time,briefly introduced relevant content of Wireless Sensor Network. Aiming at project requirement, the thesis design a set of function modularization, automatic detect instrument of heavy metals, redesigning a more simple and efficient liquid transmission system; a variety of design can be used to different working situation of power supply system module; aiming at Wireless Sensor Network requirement, proposing a design of Wireless Network Node; according to actual weak signal detect requirement, designing a new-type Electrochemical detection circuit system.Aiming at system redesign of liquid transmission module and detection circuit module, putting forward a suitable for automation instrument system software design; according to automatic and remote testing requirement, coming up with a kind of preliminary intelligent detection design, the design include system reliability inspection and system error automatic compensation method, real-time automatic range sampling method and system remote intelligent monitoring method, finally, through the actual data to prove the effectiveness and applicability of the intelligent detection design.At last, to automatic monitoring instrument system liquid transmission module testing in the lab, and detect the heavy metal concentration, the experiment shows that the design of the instrument system can meet the design requirements.
