In recent years,antibacterial and decontamination materials become the hot spot ofthe research and application,the ideal sterilization and decontamination materials shouldhave high efficiency and repeated use.TiO2fiber receives the good features of thematerial itself,but its sterilization and decontamination need complete in lightcatalysis.So the TiO2fiber modified and designed become the focus of research.(1)This subject adopts templates means to prepare TiO2fiber composites withnano silver loading,the antiseptic experiment results show that the composite materialsdo not need in light conditions can have good antiseptic properties.The results show thatsilver load in TiO2fiber and sterilization perform excellently.(2)A series of different carbon nanotube content and heat treatment temperatureof composites of carbon nanotubes loaded with Ag and TiO2nanoparticle have beenprepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl tianate,silver nityate and carbon nanotubesas raw materials.The photocatalytic activity as prepared composites was evaluated by thedegradation of methyl orange.The Ag-TiO2/CNT composites were characterized usingX-ray Diffraction (XRD),Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)and Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector(EDX).(3)This topic uses the way of precipitation,using K2S2O8and AgNO3as reactantfor the preparation of AgO/CuO composite materials.As the proportion of AgO and CuOhave influence on the performance of the antimicrobial composite materials.Accordingto the preparation process of solid culture medium, we can make the culture medium andvaccination bacillus subtilis.According to the size of the observed antibacterial circle, wecan draw the conclusion: when the ratio of AgO and CuO is0.4:1, the antiseptic effect isbest.(4)Making the nano oxidation silver oxide and the CNTs and the titanium dioxidemixed by the means of the liquid precipitation.oxidation high compound,with bacillussubtilis as sterilization object study the complex sterilization performance.Hydrothermalsynthetic titanium dioxide fibers,adding to the preparation of the silver oxide highreaction liquid,that liquid precipitation from samples.In a series of production in thesample,when the quality ratio of AgO:TiO2:CNTs is5:1:1, here has good antisepticeffect.It is founded that the level of catalytic efficiency is up to the different heattreatment temperature.By experimental process improvement,the best heat treatmenttemperature is600℃.With the increasing content of carbon nanotubes,the catalyticactivity gradually increased.The optimum weight ratio of carbon nanotubes overtitanium dioxide in the composites was founded to be3.5%,at the same time the photocatalytic activity can reach its maximum.However,when more than the proportion,the catalytic activity declined instead.All in all,using the composite photocatalystprepared with600℃calcinations for2h and3.5%carbon nanotubes,the photocatalyticactivity can achieve highest and the degradation rate can up to more than90%.
