| In recent years, with CNC the development of machining technology, therequirements of machining accuracy are getting higher and higher, meanwhile the factorswhich affect the machining accuracy has become increasingly clear. Among these factors,thermal error of the machine causes as much as40%~70%of all the machining error. So,it is particularly critical to reduce the thermal machine error. In order to get the bestmethod to reduce the affection of thermal errors on machining precision, this article takesspiral bevel gear milling for example, makes analysis and research on the thermal error ofCNC hardware. The specific contents are as follows:First of all, research is made on the achievement and existing problems of the thermalerror compensation of CNC machine tools at home and abroad, and brief analysis is madeon the error caused by machining heat.Then, it’s obtained that the machine tool error is mainly influenced by the internal andexternal, especially internal heat source trough researching on the process of the spiralbevel gear milling; a brief introduction is made on the thermal deformation mechanism ofthe machine; and analysis and comparison is made on existing methods and measures toreduce the machine tool error.Thirdly, steady state and transient analysis of the thermal characteristics of themachine tool spindle and steady state analysis of the thermal characteristics of the machineis made by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. And it is known that the mainreason for the error of heat error is spindle heat, also, the highest and the deformation ofthe biggest points of the temperature rise of the machine is made to be clear.In the end, combining the machine thermal characteristics of finite element analysisresults and the experiment, using the method of fuzzy clustering to determine the machinekey measurement points and multiple linear regression theory, machine tool thermal errorcompensation model is derived through the analysis and calculation, which improves the forecasting and online compensation capacity of the machine tool error, reduces thermalerrors of machine tools in the process.The thermal error is an unavoidable error of machining. In order to improve themachining accuracy, it is very effective to reduce the thermal error. At the same time, thefull text summary and the expectation of the further work are also put forward. |
