| Reduction distillation reactor is the key equipment of the production of titaniumsponge and is very easy to be in oxidation and corrosion because of working in a hightemperature and bearing environment, which not only affect the quality of titanium sponge,but also reduces the service life of reactor. It is a very good solution to this problem thatmetal-based protective coatings for the protection of reduction distillation reactor ofmanufacturing titanium sponge reactor were fabricated by arc spraying process, and theresult show the coatings offer a long time effective anti-oxidant protection to the steelsubstrate reactor. But as a result of the shape and structure characteristics of reactor,manual electric arc spraying can not be able to meet the requirements of work in the longtime preparation coatings process, in addition, poor work environment and problemsprobably appeared of arc spraying equipment are not conducive to mass production ofprotective coatings of reduction distillation reactor.Faced with these problems, it is an urgent need that designing a set of arc sprayingautomation device replaces manual electric arc spraying equipment. With the wideapplication of PLC and HMI technology in automation, many of its features has beenwidely recognized. Therefore, the use of PLC and HMI control of arc spraying process,which can be very good solution to the process of protective coatings of reductiondistillation reactor fabricated.The work is to design a set of automatic spray systems in order to the process ofprotective coatings of reduction distillation reactor fabricated. The system mainly designsthe programs of PLC and HMI. In addition, the ladder diagram editor should meet theserequirements of system operation, interrupt program and subroutine. Through theexperiment and work show the program can be achieved to control the arc sprayingautomation production line and the design requirements is reasonable and practical.Meanwhile, the system is convenient and safe, satisfying the requirements of the work. |
