In recent years,many scholars use different techniques to improve the cracking of sludge hydrolysis acidification efficiency of sludge,increase volatile fatty acids(VFAs)production.However,at present these methods the existence of efficiency and economy of two issues,promote the use is restricted.Moreover, since the test conditions(such as the reactor,temperature,etc.),and throughout the remainder of sludge are of different nature,we also need to address the remaining sludge from wastewater treatment plant in northern hydrolysis acidification factors affecting the process of in-depth study.In particular,hydrolysis of sludge acidification during the settling characteristics of sludge,dewatering performance, TTC-dehydrogenase activity and other indicators of the changes are pending further study.In this study,the western suburbs of Changchun City Sewage Treatment Plant2sedimentation tank sludge produced as the research object,through the intermittent test,studied with solid rate(MLSS),temperature of the remaining sludge hydrolysis acidification processes.The results showed that the temperature35℃,rotational speed is60-80rpm continuous stirred anaerobic reactor containing solid rate of0.85%,1.51%,2.19%,3.11%of the residual sludge after hydrolysis acidification process20d,respectively,after TS a decrease of11.47%,12.16%,11.50%,12.29%,VS decreased by23.72%,24.29%and19.62%,16.96%; sedimentation in turn increased22.02%,11.18%,4.92%,2.21%;centrifugal dewatering performance were increased by4.29%,3.38%,1.05%,0.88%;VFAs generated maximum, respectively159.60mg/L,170.40mg/L,325.80mg/L,405.60mg/L.At the same time,through micro-phase observation and TTC-dehydrogenase activity assay showed that the process of hydrolysis acidification pre-8d is a higher stage of microbial activity,and the greater the sludge concentration,microbial activity increased.Sludge hydrolysis acidification process,the increase in temperature can effectively promote the hydrolysis of the remaining sludge acidification.25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃,when,TS loss rates were6.78%,9.47%,14.16%,22.89%,VS loss rates were10.92%,22.54%,28.32%,38.95%,the loss rate which increases with increasing temperature.With the temperature settling characteristics have also been some improvement.35℃when the TF value of the highest,the greatest microbial activity.40℃,the hydrolysis acidification was better than35℃.In the medium temperature35℃,stirring speed of60-80rpm continuous stirred anaerobic reactor,by adding distiller’s grain cultivating mature inoculation sludge,the system reached the maximum SCOD in section12d of1340mg/L; VFAs production of the first6d to a maximum of638mg/L;sludge settlement ratio from the initial100%to96.8%of the late trial;sludge after centrifugation from an initial moisture content of83%to test the late81.08%;TS loss rate of29.28%.The results showed that the addition of distiller’s grain cultivating mature after inoculation for the remaining sludge sludge hydrolysis acidification process, a clear reduction of the effects of sludge.Moreover,to some extent improved the sludge settling characteristics and performance of centrifugal dewatering.
