The production engineering of Daqing oil field has been in a high water cutoil production period at this stage, the characteristics of the period is oil outputdecreasing while crude oil water content increasing year by year. High water cutoil production period bring some contradictions to the injection productionengineering as follows. Along with increasing with the number of injection well,layer and the tone of measuring workload, the existing measuring person andequipment are hard to meet the measurement requirements. The contradictionbetween the injection layers has become more and more seriously, it can’tachieve the qualified water injection requirements. It can’t realize the long termmonitoring of the operation parameters with now water injection technology,unable to realize the real-time allocation to the flow of injection; it is bad toexploit remainder oil.This paper is launched with this engineering background, put forward a setof measuring systems who is suitable to apply with high water cut oil production,use the industrial single chip microcomputer MSP430F147as the core controller,use the dc motor connect the flow control valve, realize much informationcollection of the injection well underground work state parameter through Vortexflow meter, temperature sensor, pressure sensors and hall devices. Design thehuman computer interaction system based on the PC serial communication,monitoring soft with PC communication circuit and PC flow. And make thedigital information gathering and flow closed-loop control as a unified wholeunder the underground, monitoring the work state of each layer, collect all workdata and save in the automatic redeployment cycle time, and it can synchronousdynamic flow adjustment to each layer in custom development cycle, avoidinterference between the layers. Assist in the implementation of oil developmentproject, and meet the technological requirements of the water injection oil field production. This paper aim at the shortage of layer water injection productiontechnology flow control strategy puts forward a flow fuzzy control algorithm,improve the precision and stability of measuring system, optimize the structureand improve response speed of system.Measuring the hardware and software have been designed after complete thehardware and software platform design of measuring system, Verify the qualifiedrate, flow closed-loop control based on PWM dc motor speed, collect a variety ofdata experiment, electrical energy detection experiment, the accuracy, speed andhandling of ground and underground information interactive function. The resultsshow that the research measuring technology of underground water injectionaccord with actual oil requirement, the measurement system is stable and reliable.
