In this paper, we synthesize two novel heteropoly compounds byhydothermal method Cu2(4-4’bipy)3(H2O)4(HBW12O40)]·3H2O,[(4,4’-bipy)4-(H6P2W18O64)]·2H2O.A new orgnic-inorganic compound Cu2(4-4’bipy)3(H2O)4(HBW12O40)]-·3H2O (1)(bipy=4,4’-bipy) have been synthesized through modulating thereaction temperature, ration of reactants, reaction time, pH value, which has[BW512O40]-Polyanionic, Organic connection4,4’-bipy and bridging metal Cuatom.1belong to monoclinic system with Crystal data a=13.116(5), b=15.760(5), c=14.792(5), β=94.418(5)°, V=8941(4)3. Compound1characterize by IR spectrum, TG analysis and XRD, single-crystal X-raydiffraction. Compound1possesses a poly-pendant grid layer motif composed of12-tungstoborates α-[HBW12O40]4-anions and dinuclear copper(II)complexes[Cu2(bipy)3(H2O)]4-, in which the mono-coordinated bipy moleculesas pendant ligands are appended to the two sides of the layer. Furthermore, theneighboring layers interconnect with the pendant ligands geared like the teeth ofa zipper to achieve a novel2D→3D interdigitated architecture that is obtainedfor the first time from the assembly of polyoxometalates and dinuclear coppercomplexes. To our knowledge, compound1is the first interdigitated architecturebased Polyoxometalates and dinuclear copper. In this paper studied the magneticproperties of the compounds. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility ofcompound1show that there exists weak antiferromagnetic interaction incompound1. The electrochemical property of1-modified carbon paste electrode(1-CPE) is also studied in detail. The results indicate that compound1has good electrocatalytic activities and remarkable stability.1. Supramolecular compoud [(bipy)4(H6P2W18O64)]·2H2O (2)(bipy=4,4’-bipy) have been synthesized based [P2W18O64]6- and bipy. Compound2belongto triclinic system with Crystal data a=14.030(5), b=16.394(5), c=20.932(5), β=94.418(5)°, V=8941(4)3. α=83.855(5)°, β=72.401(5)°, γ=67.243(5)°, V=4232(2)3. Compound2characterize by IR spectrum, TGanalysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, found that compoud2is formed byintermolecular forces between two Dawson type and hydrogen bond forcesbetween Keggin anion and organic molecule.
